Raju Srivastava, a 58-year-old comedian, died on Wednesday in Delhi. His death was verified by his family. After 41 days in the hospital, the comedian died at 10:20 a.m. Raju was brought to AIIMS Delhi on August 10 after collapsing and experiencing chest trouble while working out at a gym. Raju was on a ventilator for more than a month after being brought to the hospital suffering a heart attack. When questioned if the family intended to transfer the comedian to another hospital in Mumbai, where Raju lived, Dipoo stated that there were no such preparations. “He will be treated at AIIMS and returned to us after he has healed. We believe in the physicians.”
