Students, youths and people from all walks of life congregated at Drussu Pulwama and MC Shopian as Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated two multipurpose cinema halls in these two locations on Sunday.
“Today is a historic day for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Multipurpose cinema halls at Pulwama and Shopian will offer a host of facilities ranging from movie screening and infotainment as well as create job opportunities for the youth,” said Sinha.
Establishment of cinema halls at the district headquarters has been taken up as a part of the Jammu and Kashmir government’s Mission Youth initiative in collaboration with the district administration.
