Hurricane Fiona Knocks Out Puerto Rico's Power Grid

The Biden administration activated federal responses by approving an emergency declaration Sunday for Puerto Rico after Hurricane Fiona knocked out public power to all 3.1 million residents of the US territory.
Power is slowly being restored to parts of the US territory after the Category 1 hurricane caused “catastrophic damage,” Governor Pedro Pierluisi said.
