A Sikh student studying at UNC Charlotte in the United States was arrested for wearing a kirpan at campus. The Sikh student shared a video of his ordeal on Twitter where he can be seen handcuffed by a police officer after he refused to let him remove his kirpan. The shocking incident follows a string of racial attacks on Hindus living in the US and elsewhere in the world.
